🧠 FRIDAY: Tony Stark's artificial intelligence after JARVIS

When we think of Iron Man, we of course think of his armor, his charisma... but also of the voice in his helmet .
While JARVIS is the most famous, he was replaced by FRIDAY , another equally brilliant, but very different AI.

🤖 Who is FRIDAY?

FRIDAY (acronym for Female Replacement Intelligent Digital Assistant Youth ) is an artificial intelligence created by Tony Stark to succeed JARVIS , after the latter merged to give birth to Vision in Avengers: Age of Ultron .

Friday first appears in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), where she takes over as Iron Man's pilot and assists Tony in his missions.

She has an Irish female voice , much softer and more composed than JARVIS, but still just as effective.

🧩 Why did Tony Stark create FRIDAY?

After losing JARVIS, Tony needed:

• From a new reliable AI for his armors,

• From tactical support for its missions,

• A soothing emotional connection in a context of extreme stress (Ultron, Civil War, etc.)

FRIDAY is therefore designed to be more intuitive, calmer , and above all 100% focused on Tony's strategic support .

FRIDAY appears in several key films:

• Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015): First appearance

• Captain America: Civil War (2016): FRIDAY operates the armor's systems during the fight against Steve Rogers

• Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017): she accompanies Tony remotely when he watches over Peter

• Avengers: Infinity War (2018) & Endgame (2019): Present in the Mark 50 armor and in the final battle
